DK64 is so overhated, it had one of the most immersive atmostphere I seen in a platformer and plus being able to play as character that plays completely different was great

People always rave about how nintendo (typically) had great launch titles but then new games fall off hard while other consoles (specifically playstation) might have had shit launch titles for PS3, PS4, and likely soon to be PS5 but they always come back in the mid to late life cycle with fantastic games that use the hardware to the absolute best of it's ability
