Why is this a difficult thing to believe? Capcom has a long history of sexy/joke alt-costumes, they love putting stuff like that in. If anything the leak saying there will be bikini costumes is one of those kind of stupidly specific things that make it sound more real. Tons of people said the original DMC5 leak was real because Nero having a robotic arm was ridiculous.

Yeah except on hell and hell your candy ass gets 1 hit, and feather and panther gang rape you in the section before the last fight so you can't even get faust off. Then in the last fight you have to get a triple S rank going, and stalemate 2 of the 3 faggots so you can charge it enough.
ALSO I hope you have enough fucking red orbs, because your ass will be grinding if you used dr faust through out other play throughs. Not to mention if you want all upgrades your faggot ass will be spending 80 percent of your red orbs on it.
