I always played him in my casual Chaos Max deck. If you can tribute summon Zaborg the Mega Monarch (level 8 light btw, good synergy with blue eyes), you just dump all the materials into the GY, make Verte Anaconda, have a copy of Miracle Synchro Fusion in your deck and use that.
