To be honest user I can't think of anyone. Previously I'd have said CDPR or Obsidian. Today I say I'd give the fucking thing to Ubisoft because AC Origins and Odyssey were decent.

Video games are a bittersweet artistic medium. Mass Effect 1 may be incredibly flawed, but its the best version of this piece we are going to get, and getting the original creators back to make a new one is virtually impossible. Imagine if every time a band made an album, half the band was fired and replaced by newer and fresher talent. Meanwhile the veteran members are constantly getting politiced out and onto other projects to save money or because someone's family member also wants in the band. Thats videogames.

It's a big universe with a lot of unexplored concepts, tech, and stories. A stupidly autistic and flashy game would be a fun way to re-introduce the franchise.

I would say do a remake of 1 which reboots the series. Tinker with the Reapers so they aren't some absolute tier above us all so when/if they get dealt with it doesn't feel anticlimatic. That would get screwed up anyway. Mass Effect is dead.
