Play gacha

Kinda, yeah. Like I said, I dislike gacha shit generally, but the gameplay is pretty good and can get pretty difficult later on depending on your team, and the game doesn't have too many "freemium" currencies. Essentially, paying doesn't give you a DRASTIC advantage over free players from what I've seen. The freemium currencies are Sanity (essentially your timer for how many missions you can do a day), Orundum (red currency, your main money you use to get units) and Originite Prime (paid currency, yellow colored, can be used to buy cosmetics, give more Sanity, or converted into red currency to roll for units).

You can get all of the currencies for free. You get 1 yellow (paid) currency for every mission you complete perfectly. Early on that's pretty easy to do, but gets harder as you complete the easy missions and get to the tough stuff. You can grind for the red currency. Sanity restores naturally over time, and the game throws potions at you that restore it.

Essentially, the advantage paid players have is that they can roll more often and get really good units, and they can restore their sanity so they can play more. However, as a free player, I dip into the game in the morning, play for a while and do some missions, then pick it up again at night and do the same. Every time, I can do like 5 missions. Paid players still have to grind just as much as you do to get upgrade materials and stuff for their units, and the game can be completed with the basic common units from beginning to end, if you somehow NEVER rolled a good rare unit.

Overall it's the most "fair" i've ever found a gacha to be. I like it. Plus the art is pretty good. Story is retarded though.

I went balls deep in the UI Goku banner and I know I shouldn't have. He is a fucking monster though even at 55%. Also pulled a K&C dupe which was pretty awesome. My Universe 6 team is crazy since I also have a Kefla with 1 dupe.

I played it for a bit and... nope, is not worth it, you roll for pieces of equipment and weapons rather than characters last time I checked, is fun to play dress up for a while but then it gets stale, the online is dumb as fuck too.

this is what i've heard too, i have a bunch of friends that play a ton of gacha shit, and almost every one of them have arknights as a "side" game. seems like if you have the time for a little grind, the game doesn't really push you to pay for much of anything

even coomers wont waste time with gacha, they'll play actual h-games or VNs. tedious gacha "gameplay" is worse then no gameplay, its just a grind to get whatever character you want to roll for, its not even a good time waster like those endless runner mobile games, its crap made for degenerate subhuman chinks who like "owning" a png waifu. Fallout76. mightynumber9, sonic06, MEandromeda are all better experiences then playing a gacha.

I can't recommend any pvp gacha, that genre is simply not meant to be pvp because whales will always have the upper hand.
