It gives you more to do than Vice City. You got drug dealing, drug buying from suppliers, stealing armored trucks to launder the money to your bank and lets you customize your mansion.

This game has style, while GTA feels boring and generic, this game really makes you feel like a druglord because you have cool stuff to spend your money on, the different cars and boats that you can get are awesome instead of the boring regular cars that you get in other games, you have a giant mansion that you can fill with all kinds of decoration and half naked women, you can phone one of your henchmen to come and back you up, you can play as your henchmen in side missions (cool buff guy, sexy sniper girl, driver) to get money, there's a HEAT system which makes the cops be more agressive if you keep commiting too many crimes, this adds long term consequences to fucking around and you can lower the HEAT by paying off the cops or doing side missions, the missions locations themselves are varied and interesting, the radio has a lot of good songs that fit the atmosphere of the game.

The game runs perfectly fine on old systems, the problem occurs when running it on multicore/multithread or W10.
