I used to work on a nuclear plant near my house, there, I realized I had to work on my endurance, a few hours inside a closed space with no oxygen and I was falling a sleep standing up, if I want to keep getting hired for maintenance, I need to be able to endure hot and low oxygen environments

Could be the fabric you're wearing. Try a different blend or 100% cotton. If you have tight clothes and move around a lot it could also be a rash, but you'd be able to see that and it would go away after a few days when the weather gets colder and you're not sweating.
