Multi-tasking is detrimental to experience. Sure, eating a pizza for the 1000th time isn't much of an experience, but you're hardly enjoying your food if you're splitting your attention between it and a video game. Likewise, you're playing poorly, you're not immersed, your peripherals become cruddy and greasy; you're not enjoying your game.
What do you stand to gain by eating while playing? I'd argue that you're not even saving time by combining these activities due to having to constantly pause to stuff your face.
