It would create an unholy abomination no blur could salvage. Sometimes you'll spot parts of this on thispersondoesnotexist, ie the lower left in pic related. It happens whenever the ai doesn't know what to do with something so it essentially guesses.
It'd be much easier for an ai to throw a random face onto a porn pic than it would be to generate a new full body picture, so that's a possibility, but coupled with ai dungeon and without a heavy hand to guide it you're almost guaranteed not to like the result.
