If i had to make a guess then we'll probably get AT Blackveil first and they'll save AT Shara for later, just like how AT Xeno was one of the last ATs to come out.

I already find Blackveil to be boring so i doubt the AT will be any different.
We got AT Regular Vaal for HR, and Blackveil is a variant so it technically counts as a different monster and will get an AT of its own.
Or at least i believe it will get an AT, i'm no Capcom employee so i have no idea what the next AT will be.

They already launched a Gacha less than 6 months ago, and while it isn't doing GBF or Fate/GO numbers it apparently is doing well enough for Capcom to still give it content, launching ANOTHER Gacha this soon would kill it pretty fast and i doubt Capcom wants that.
