7.3.5 was peak WoW
no other expansion/patch even comes close to it

I unironically agree....Legion was the best expansion we've had in ages.
wow is only good for the porn it inadvertently creates. this is factual.
>Tons of shitty elf porn
>Good
actually agree. I enjoyed legion. And when argus came out I was actually impressed with the level of content.
Based and felpilled.
Legion is the true GOAT expansion. Honestly tied with WOTLK for me for my favorite expansion.
wotlk babbies now replaced by legion babbies, how sad
>Not mentioning the dark iron dwarf porn from personal lamia or whoever the fuck
>t. started playing wow with legion
Legion wasn't great, but it wasn't bad ether. They put a decent amount of effort into the armor sets and artifact weapons. Even if Tier 20 was a hi rez render of exiting set.
Just imagine how braindead you'd have to be in order to like Argus, RNG Legendaries, and Order Halls.
>Order Halls.
I felt more solidarity with my Order Hall than I had with my faction in a long time. Except the Warrior one. The warrior one was shit.
Don't for get the bonus emissary wq grinds.
Legion was probably my 2nd favorite expansion. They clearly put alot of time into Suramar and more than any other city it felt real and massive. It was fun to level alts in and honestly I enjoyed the Legion Legendaries especially early after launch. The order halls were mostly done well too, it was about time some focus was given to how different the classes were and not just "hurr durr for da horde!"
That being said alot of the deeper problems in game mechanics still existed in Legion and were just papered over with Legendaries and artifact weapons, which made the power loss in early BFA so painful. Combining a sudden loss of utility and a stat crunch made the entirety of BFA feel like a giant nerfbat.
It *seems* like Blizz might have finally gotten the message and removed the pruning. So hopefully Shadowlands will be a new Mists of Pandaria.
Also, given the thread
>Wrath>Legion>MoP>BC>WoD>Cata>BFA
Just imagine how miserable you have to be to hate complete animation overhauls, fully voice-acted quests that progress the lore, great dungeons, great raids, and arguably the most content the game has ever had.
Argus was fucking amazing and the two order halls I fucked with (Monk and Hunter) were both comfy as all fuck. Each class having a community like that was something they'll never be able to recreate.
worgen porn is where its at, pleb
there was a lot wrong with it, but it had insane charm like Mage Towers, artifact visuals, new DH class, new druid forms etc
Grinding mage towers on my alts before the expansion ended is definitely one of the most memorable time in WoW i've had
>LFR
>LFD
>Trannymog
>Cross-realm
nah, if it has any of the above, it's immediately shit-tier.
Legion was fucking trash
Legion almost didn't fucking feel real after WoD, it was like a completely different company made it. When I first got to Suramar I wasn't expecting much at all but I got into that shit real quick after I started exploring the city proper. I was so glad Horde got them as an allied race because the way they resonated with blood elves and just the Horde in general felt really natural.
WotLK was the peak and the fall. It also just happens to perfectly line up with the moment when Activision got involved and started fucking everything up.
>It was fun to level alts in
Because for the first time ever the order halls gave each class a different experience. You weren't just grinding through the same shit over and over...you had something new to see each time.
They're trying to recreate that with Shadowlands obviously but idk if they're going to be able to pull it off.
Initially I was kinda saddened about the weapons they gave us, because it meant less diversity, but legit i felt bad when they announced they were removing them for BFA.the weapons kinda grew onto me. Knowing i could use the same weapon all expansion was pretty neat instead of constantly switching left and right with every new trash weapon
not to mention the locations on the broken isles were really stunning. Stormheim, Suramar, Aszuna, Val'sharah, Highmountain are so memorable. Argus I wasnt that excited about, nor too impressed, the whole chunk of argus was pretty bland to me, but the rest had me enticed. AS a fan of pirate shit i loved the naval theme part Aszuna.
>not liking order halls
Suck my treebark dick, you cuck. Dreamgrove is the shit
>muh graphix
kys
>great dungeons
>great raids
lmao all of them were bad. especially nighthold. don't even try to argue you're anything more than an elfslut
>2017: god i fucking hate legion, every raid but nighthold is shit
>2020: legion was peak wow, antorus was amazing!
>WoD over Cata
I don't necessarily disagree as a whole but goddamn 4.2 was amazing....I wish all of Cata was like that.
Legion was incredibly mediocre.
>keep lowering the bar with new xpacs
>wowcucks consider the old ones to be good by comparison
It's a pretty smart strat when you're a professional tard wrangler.
Priest one was even more shit
>oh you're a 10000 year old night elf who's deeply devoted to your goddess fuck you worship these naru and the light your goddess was probably a titan like everything else because homogenization is good
just like ur penis lol
TBC > Classic > Wrath > MoP > Cata > BFA > WoD
I’m not afraid to admit that Legion was rather good, but MoP will always be my personal favorite.
I’m hopeful that SL will be at least alright since it seems to be creating a decent chunk of new stories and fixing existing systems instead of just piggybacking on decades old story threads and inserting some new broken gimmick.
100% agree if you mean vanilla instead of classic. That would be the objective list.
>creating a decent chunk of new stories
How? Shadowlands is literally going to be kill Sylvanas then fuck around with old gods for a bit, the next xpac will be fighting the void, a filler xpac and then fighting the light, like the story is so completely fucking lazy at this point I don't see how anyone could enjoy it at all
I feel the same way and I think you nailed the part about BfA feeling like a nerfbat. I just came back to the game because some friends of mine asked if I wanted to do some mythic raiding before Shadowlands. Even with all the essences and corruptions and azerite traits, it STILL feels like a mega nerfbat compared to legendaries and artifact weapons.
legion was shit because the setting was so boring. it had one of the most boring leveling experiences in any mmo not including ffxiv
>OLD GOOD
>NEW BAD
OUT OF THE WAY FAGGOTS. BEST PATCH COMING THROUGH
