Sell me on it. Is it worth buying it or should i pirate it just for the singleplayer campaign?

not op but multiplayer is where the fun is at. the campaign is nice but in my opinion it has 0 replayability, if that is the thing you are looking for. overall the game is really good.

I dunno. Plays like COD with robots. Seems fine for casual online matches. Any FPS campaing is for brainlets by definition.

It's worth buying just in the hope that they ever decide to make 3.
Tight pilot controls, being in your titan feels stompy. Every level has a solid theme and doesn't overstay its welcome and the best one is a level where you get a device to go between the past and present at will. So you switch between a ruined lab overrun with animals and a lab that's on fire and panicking as you blink around and kick their shit in. You end up using it to fight in both timelines at once, flicking backwards and forwards to get the advantage.

You are the reason shooters went to hell

is there a special steam version? I bought origin version.

how is the games playerbase on PC? I played the xbox one version until it truly died

Yes. But I am also the reason they didn't die.

15k online. Not sure how long will it last. I hope - a lot, have too much fun.

the game just launched on steam so the numbers went up again. anyway I played a lot before, never had a problem finding a match.

>Any FPS campaing is for brainlets by definition
says the actual brainlet

campaign is decent but multiplayer is a blast and you would be seriously cutting yourself short if you just limited yourself to singleplayer. A lot of really smart game design decisions went into the multiplayer, the parkour movement system and the dynamic between pilots and titans put an incredibly unique spin on the team deathmath shooter formula, and the game is just a treat to look at. Even though the game is 6v6 the maps feel expansive and atmospheric, there are squads of AI soldiers and cyborgs running around that are literally there just for eye candy but they really make the whole thing feel like a massive warzone

Been playing it on PS4 since release. Its ruined every other shooter for me. Nothing compares.

its one of the fastest and most unique mp shooter out there

terrible balance=terrible game

No need to buy it in Steam then. The Steam version just launches Origin, like Rainbow Six Siege launches its base launcher.

just use the OP shit and have fun at retards sperging.

It's boring, you can stop shilling it now

>tacticool assault rifle but from the future
I'll just not play, thanks

Your loss lol

Finished the SP few days ago, somehow, despite it being pretty short, it still managed to make you care for the characters more than TLOU2 managed to in it's entire runtime, kind of pathetic.
The MP is really fun though, even when losing, I don't actually feel like I am, mainly because of that whole evacuation mechanic they have in place, even if you lose, it still feels somewhat like winning if you manage to evacuate successfully.

just with the weapon balance were better. replace all SMGs with quake lightning gun

It's decent. The mech combat is pretty boring a lot of the time. AFPS still wins when it comes to speed/action

>You will never adventure with your bro BT ever again
It still hurts.

Yeah, the evac mechanic is great
>Lose the game
>Hide until the ship is ready to leave in less than ten seconds
>Kill two guys who were watching the ship, grapple into it with less than two seconds leftw fly away

Felt more satisfying than winning desu.

yeah, evacing was a great way to give losing players a final objective and make it not feel so bad if its achieved

I prefer the first one.

Wish the ship wasn‘t made from papier maché. In TF1 it was rare that it was destroyed. In this game it almost dies every round.

It's better then Mechwarrior 5

call down your titan when you're about to board,
