What the fuck?
How is this even possible?
What the fuck?
How is this even possible?
Uncompressed audio files for every language in the fucking world
they don't have time to compress stuff any more user, it's just RELEASE NEW THING RELEASE UPDATE NOW
Games as a service shit means companies have no incentive to compress shit, because the more room their garbage takes on your drive the fewer competing titles you can play. Enjoy your 1TB games in the future.
>playing call of duty
what the fuck indeed
Enjoy your regular 30gb patches
never thought about it this way, fucking hell
People still doubt this is gonna happen, user. Fucking idiots.
>even playing this piece of shit "game"
lmao
>1tb games
just imagine all that pure unadulterated CONTENT!
It comes with the latest bitcoin miner available on the market.
Nope, when you download it in your local language and switch to English, you'll have to download 20GB of shit
>1TB
MADRE... EL JEUGO GIGANTE DE LAS AMERICAS
I wouldn't say they don't have any incentives to compress shit, I'd outright say they're actually increasing the size of their shit because I have no other explanation as to why every single fucking Warzone patch is 30GB and motherfuckers can't even tell beforehand whether it's going to be 22GB or 30GB
isn't it 2 games in 1 (MW + Warzone) ?
People who buy this piece of shit deserve it. Their ignorance and consoomer ways are ruining gaming for all of us.
If you bought this game, eat shit you filthy fuck.
AAA games are becoming bloatware there's no fucking excuse for this shit. COMPRESS YOUR FUCKING FILES.
Motherfuckers make $3 million a day off of microtransactions
4k textures retard
>40GB patch every two weeks
You can uninstall the things you don't want. The 212GBs is for EVERYTHING; Campaign, Multiplayer, Battle Royale, and Co-Op Missions plus all the audio.
Too late, slowpoke.
I'm sorry you weren't aware. But yeah, you don't have to keep all the files installed. In the actual game settings, you can uninstall all the shit you don't need or plan to play, like if you just want Warzone, for example. You have to do it in the actual game, though, and not through the launcher.
>But yeah, you don't have to keep all the files installed.
Thanks for the tip, bro. I thought I was gonna be stuck with MW on my machine, but now I'm 200GB lighter.
Because it's a new shitty tactic of making the game size so huge so you delete the rest of games
I planned on having warzone sit on my ps4 fat so it wouldnt collect as much dust. I got tired of getting the weekly patch that needed 120 GB of free space and lost interest after that BLM pop up and deleted it. Now my PS4 is a wipeout machine.
No compression.
The more room it takes in my drive the less likely I am to download it.
Schizophrenic tier post. Americans are shit at everything, especially coding.
the reason game patches are this huge is because some game files cannot be just patched, they have to be overwritten entirely
Come on guys it is 2020. Everyone has a 100 Mbit/s minimum internet download speed. Around 5 hours to download the game with that internet speed.
Stop complaining over nothing.
I don't.
>is because some game files cannot be just patched
They absolutely can. They just don't care to set things up right.
nope, I have 10 down 15 up (and even then I rarely get that much because its split with half a dozen other people).
>How is this even possible?
200GB OF DRM
