I get that they tried to make Ellie feel survivor's guilt ever after the Left Behind DLC, but here are a few things to consider
1. The fireflies are absolutely fucking incompetent as seen in the logs of their previous bases. There is only a tiny chance that they can actually extract anything from Ellie's brain
2. Even if they DID synthesize a cure, the fireflies are a warmongering faction that would very much keep the cure to themselves, create an economy and pretty much become the rulers of the planet
3. Even if they aren't other factions would fucking rally up and destroy them for a cure anyway. Most of the world is filled with outlaws, bandits, cannibals, sects, etc. The cure will just make everyone kill each other even more
4. The world is completely fucked. A cure will not save humanity, considering 20+ years passed since the spread and most of humanity has been transformed by the cordyceps already. It will save newly infected people, sure, but the world will still absolutely remain fucked

She was just a teenager, so already emotionally volatile, and Joel didn't even give her the full context. She feels like she could have been a hero and doesn't understand why that wasn't going to happen. All she knows is that Joel prevented her from accomplishing her supposed destiny, not the fact that it was unlikely to work or that the Fireflies were bad. Combo that with the fact that she's just a lonely, confused, angsty kid who does not understand the value of the life she has been given and is hung up on romantic notions of saving people without giving any thought to the fact she wouldn't be alive to enjoy that recognition. Ellie never would have gotten to meet and fall in love with Dina if Joel had let her die, and if she took a minute to realize this her perspective would shift.

in 1 he said i am not your dad and in the flash backs they never had a daughter dad relation ship or it is didnt deliver that feel anyway for me

I didn't like how the writers made Joel just gives her a short explanation, he should've explained things in more detail to her.

Like how they attacked him when he got there, and that they were planning to kill her without her even waking up to consent to the operation.

Joel and Ellie's relationship wasn't as perfect and idealistic as it seemed but actually more nuanced and complicated.
Their bond grew stronger and stronger as the result of a 9 months journey where they had a shared goal, lived traumatic experiences and saved each other's lives on multiple occasions, to the point of it becoming indestructible and imperishable like diamond. Their relationship, however, their chemistry and understanding would've never been as strong in a day-to-day life and it started its slow and progressive decline the moment Ellie woke up in her patient gown in the backseat of Joel's car.
They wouldn't call themselves dad and daughter, they probably wouldn't hug or kiss or pat each other's shoulders and sometimes they wouldn't even talk or see each other's for days, but their bond went beyond the regular feelings like hate/love and protection
