if you use /remember properly the ai WILL continuously bring up the stuff you put in there and use it to tell a more coherent story
if it starts going off the wall, just edit the last thing it typed to something more your liking and then let it dictate the story again
ive only been playing for 3 days, but i already got the hang of it and was able to finish lots of satisfying and coherent stories

If you only use simple actions and don't edit responses then it quickly turns into random nonsense unless your starting prompt is enormous.
