TLOU2 features brutal murder of favorite character from the previous game, lesbians having a multiracial kid, pregnant woman being killed, transgender child (!) getting his his face smashed by a fucking hulk, steroid abuse in the apocalyptic setting etc. etc. etc.
But... how is all that violence, sexual degeneracy and social deviancy placed in the context of the game? What I mean to ask is, how is all that shit supposed to be fun?
Postal was violent, but Postal was fun because it didn't take itself seriously. How is anyone supposed to take all this shit seriously and have any fun in the end?

Not all movies or books are positive experiences, but they are still engaging and popular. I think it’s great that a game with a huge budget can do something different and give people an emotional response. Cannibal Holocaust is an unpleasant viewing experience but I’m glad it exists and it proves that artwork can be inherently negative
