I'd go with either the taco salad, tacos or the tilapia (I'm assuming that's what they mean by tilipia). Probably the tacos. Maybe the chili if it's not Cincinnati style, and made with beef.
Is Bethesda a good place to work? I don't think I've heard a lot of complaints out of there as far as dev studios go. I know their games are buggy and getting worse in terms of content quality, but I could imagine it being an alright place to work.
