FGO's only value is the cutscenes since the gameplay is utterly worthless, so it's outmoded by virtue of Youtube and wikis.
Battle Cats manages to scrape by the "gacha" stigma simply because there's two full console titles for it that play identically minus the mtx (I think for the Switch one, since I know less about it. I know the 3DS one doesn't have any mtx for sure though).

i cant get into it.
the game makes a bazillion dollars, can't get voice acting, can't get live 2d, cant redo the first boring parts of the story (herrr hurrr it gets better after chapter 7 hurr durr), not optimized for newer phones so it looks goofy, and the art is all over the place.
if the same guy did the art and the doujin artists did the CE arts only, cool. But it looks REALLY dumb as it stands.

Terrible art, uninspired music, gameplay is dogshit that even has an rng system attached to it, gacha portion is a sin against humanity even when compared to other gachas, and the story is just retarded shonenshit that makes stuff like black clover look good.
Only thing it has some worth is the porn it has and some of the fanart that makes the terrible art from the game look decent.

Literally almost every gacha game you can complete 95-99% of the content as a f2player, the point is getting all the units you like to play with them. Fgo is terrible at that since if you want all those 5* you have to open up the wallet.
