It’s a very well made game, but it does absolutely nothing new or exciting. Also Geralt is kind of a shitty character and in a lengthy RPG that’s kind of a dealbreaker for me.

Its very common not to have the time and patience to collect all the resources and armour and do all the sidequests and fight all the bosses etc etc.
Theres nothing wrong with that uts just not your type of game. I like 100%ing games but if I see they lack effort then I drop them quickly. For me TW3 world is great because everything I do and collect feels like it has meaning and thought, which makes platting it easier than some derrivative ubi game
