Well Domerica have worked with the director before on Flying Witch and in general have some impressive credits for how recent a studio they are, a fair few things credited to them had nice looking CG.

Brian Gray is the former Squeenix translator who saw the game at an internal show and then literally wrote to and begged execs for a chance to work on it, not the VA.

Joshua's VA has left voice acting though so he might be replaced.

Fansubbers probably won't bother to redo a show with an okay translation when the issue is it isn't translated how another guy would have done it. At best you might hope for some iconic lines in the game getting inserted to replace however they get TL'd in the anime.
