Yeah, almost nobody. When buying a new monitor, it's easier to buy a monitor that supports 75hz or higher than it is to NOT buy one. But that's ignoring the fact that, on 60hz displays, frame rates between 90 and 120 still decrease your input lag, and are still desirable.

The 570 was made to go up against the GTX 970
The 1050 Ti at the time was the price point competitor for the RX 460/560, and it kicks both their asses handily

1650 is only marginally faster and you can get 1050 ti's for like $80 on ebay now. Performance per dollar, the 1050 ti is better
