No you take their double jump with the arrow. You do the same as Yoshi by slinging and egg to catch people' offstage double jumps.
If they don't have an offstage jump then you simple either read or react to their firefox angle.

Nintendo can't ban tournaments, but they can get it banned on Twitch and Youtube.
People will always be able to meet in each other's basements and play Smash Bros together and make tournaments there, but getting any sort of publicity and even distributing gameplay development may be tricky.
It'd be a lot harder to get it cancelled from venues, but if this seeps into the general public, and Smash gets a reputation of being for pedophilia, you could end up with venues not wanting anything to do with them.

Use the remote bombs, or arrows, or neutral air, or down air. Alternatively use neutral air and bombs to cover all of their ledge options. It takes a while to get good to if you're used to the old bombs, but the remote bombs are absolutely god like once you're fluid with them. You can pull off 150IQ combos and edge guards.
