Why aren't you developing your own game?

I've been making my own games as a hobby for almost 20 years, even put a couple on Steam. Never did well because I'm a hack.

I don't know how to program and I'm awful at math. I had to re-learn elementary/middle school level math in a kind of tutoring class during my first semester of university. So I doubt I can learn to program a game.

I've been doing more level planning than actual coding lately, Coming up with more unique levels that aren't "Generic water level" or "Generic desert level" is pretty fun

What does it have to do with game development? You are not making a 3d engine from scratch, you don't need math beyond basic arithmetic.
