He does better than most mid and low tiers, but has nowhere near the consistent placings of joker, peach, ZSS, etc. Kome is the only one who gets top placings but is very inconsistent. Looking at the first two rows it's very clear that one thing is not like the others. He's high tier, nowhere near top 10. Only possibly top 20.
