Nobody really talks about it but Spirit Bomb Absorbed Goku is probably the best 55% non-DFE Summonable LR in the entire game. He is a monster. Slap some silver Crit equipment on him when you can and he gets even better.

I went in the JP version's Vegetto banner with 500 saved stones and didn't get him. Got Gogeta off a single yolo pull on his banner (and was the only featured card I pulled on that one) though.

I'm surprised Dokkan has never went full waifu. Yes, they did the waifu cards and there's some stuff like the SR Bulmas from the DB ticket banner, but they've never really went for the coomer crowd. You know like LR Bulma where part of her super attack animation is her tits jiggling and a close up shot of her ass or whatever. They've kept it pretty respectable. Considering how waifu-centric a lot of gacha games are, you'd think they would have leaned into it a bit more.

I really thought Kefla would do it. What other Peppy Gal could be a DokkanFest Exclusive? I don't think they would do Bulma. Pan, no. Future Mai, no. Android 18? Ehhh, not by herself anyway. Android 21? Possible. Ribrianne, I doubt it. They could always go for having the DFE be a boy and a girl and have them be a Peppy Gals lead even if they're not on the category but I wonder if they would do that. There's precedent since LR God Goku leads Hybrid Saiyans and he isn't on it.

Closest the game's gotten so far is a slow pan up 21's body after she transforms into her grey skin version and STR Kefla's shirt becomes very active for some reason when she punches people in her SA animation (despite it looking like it clings to her body in the card arts). Some speculated that they were going to give her tit jiggle but changed it to just the shirt moving instead.
