is that gun normally for lefties?

Escape from Tarkov. There is nothing that comes close, regardless of how poorly made the actual game is.

Does Hotdogs, Horseshoes, and Hand Grenades count?

visually maybe

ARMA 3 has shitty animations for weapon handling, but the actual shooting mechanics and ballistics are very realistic.

Yes.

This as well. Insurgency Sandstorm as well.

Far Cry 2

>watch /k/ videos for a decade
>recently finally got vr
>try Hotdogs, Horseshoes, and Hand Grenades
>know how to operate every weapon except the grease gun holy shit
obviously its not as good as using the real thing but god damn ive never been happier playing a game

Normally for right-handed users but can be changed to eject on the left side for left-handed shooters. The modification isn't something easily done in the field

Operation Flashpoint Red River as well.
>go prone in sand for cover
>stand up to shoot
>based NA gun is jammed and I get lit up

Yes by a wide margin, but mot of Zig Forums is too poor to enjoy VR shooters, so they don't count.

No, and OPs gif is mirrored for some reason.

>Finally get to "hold" the TF2 weapons after over a decade of playing the game
>Understand Anton's autistic rage at how unrealistic all of the TF2 guns are

>Ctrl+F Receiver

>not april fools joke

Not the most realistic, but since you posted that gif, The Division games are interesting since your character can shoot left and right handed and the reloading animations slightly change due to how they hold the gun in their hands.

Here's a video I found that explains Receiver's gun autism pretty well

Fuck off hop you dyke!

Tarkov, hands down. Game is shit, servers are shit, but gunplay is just perfect. I don't think there was ever a game that depicted shooting so realistically. My only issue is about your character managing recoil partially, but that's a small thing.

If they ever fixed the game, oh how good it would be.

>receiver 2
>get the high-point
>audio log mentions pic related
>mentions the yeet cannon name
10/10

Hi-Point looks like the starter gun in a FPS that doesn't dare to replicate real brand weapons because of intellectual property

it can be changed for left handed use

I like realistic games and I did enjoy reciever for a few minutes but I don't see why it's so popular: There's squat to do other than shoot boring enemies and walk around an ugly map. I got it for free for owning Overgrowth but I never really feel an urge to play it. Impressive for how quickly it was made; gun autists must be super desperate

looked up video of the game.. was this shit
1) fixed after launch
2) a joke made by the developers
3) a meme mod

Get thee behind me, satan.

HOLY SHIT WAIT YOU MEAN THE YEET CANNON NAME ACTUALLY STUCK? THEY WENT THROUGH WITH IT? I THOUGHT IT WAS ALL A JOKE

Malaria simulator

Isn't ravenfield also pretty good for realism?
