Twin Peaks is my favorite fictional work so eh, of course I'm going to recommend you to finish it if you liked S1 already.
Season 2 is definitely iffy and it's clear they had no idea what to do with it until, but it's still fun to watch if you enjoy the world and characters except the pointless and boring subplot with James that doesn't lead to anything and it gets Twin Peaks good again by the end.
Season 3 is pretty much an 18 hour David Lynch movie. You should be able to tell if that's something you'll enjoy based on his previous works. If you want and/or expect more like the first two seasons of the show, you're not getting it.
There's also the movie (Fire Walk With Me) that you should watch inbetween seasons 2 and 3 of you decide to revisit it.
