Well yeah but if you get hit while still in red health, that about 1/4 of your total health. It's not like I waste slots anyway since it comes from AT Namielle waist

What about it? Safi's set bonus heals you regardless of the red health. It's not the same effect as the jerky. If you want better synergy with Safi's set bonus, then you should run medicine jewels, because they affect the amount it heals. But any tiny amount of damage you take form the monsters slightly bumping into you will negate both the red health and recovery speed jewels.

iirc Nerg's dive is Heaven's Ruin. Luna's nova is Hellflare. And of course Safi's ultimate is The Sapphire of the Emperor.

I was really surprised by how much I like safi's ultimate, I thought it was gonna be extremoth tier bullshit but I never carted to it, not even the first time going in blind. Putting the rocks on the minimap was a really good idea.
