Pretty different from what I'm used to see and hear about this game. Care to elaborate?

Walking, talking, not being able to jump over 1 foot high rocks, that's it i think.

How long is it?

It's a very immersive game with a good story and full of "how am I gonna survive this?" moment (mostly due to a kinda harsh hunger mechanic, but you can lower the percentage). It has its problems (combat is mostly shit and the "surrender" dynamics of some npcs is plain bullshit or just useless) but they aren't a good reason to drop the game, unless you don't like the story either.
Music is fucking awesome in some moments and the whole setting is almost perfect.
Too bad we still don't have news on the other 2 characters.

The original Pathologic had 3 playable characters, each one with their own story. So far in Pathologic 2 we got the first one. They said multiple times that they will add them (unless something really big happens, like the "company" going bankrupt or something like that), but they will probably have a different approach and won't be that long like the haruspex (the playable character). I remember an interview where they said that they will announce something during summer, so maybe we'll hear about them shortly.
