To reiterate - they know that 2021 release will make a lot of them mad because for some reason they got an idea it will be 2020
That's why they try to delay official announce as long as possible delayed
I think Hollow Knight is boring.
And it upsets me, because you can tell a lot of care and effort went into making it.
When it’s done. A good vidya is eternal a bad vidya is bad forever
how far did you get?
Boring is a subjective word. You could say it'ś painfully simple in its combat as a flaw yes.
>tfw no 5 cm tall gf
>can sit or stand on your shoulder and watch you play
>will talk dirty to you when she gets h o r n y
>stands on a table and strips for you
>demands that you hotglue her
spider gf best gf

Hornet is canonically sticc
Maybe in the future someone will make a tiny robowaifu
Silksong will not release until I have finished Hollow Knight. I got the game last week, and only play for a half an hour every two days.
Like 10ish hours. Dung Defender was fun, at least.
Combat is pretty simple, yeah, but I don't mind that by itself. But in conjunction with what I feel is unrewarding exploration, some enemies being annoying to deal with, uninteresting bosses and a narrative that hasn't captured my attention at all, I can't help but feel that I have no reason to play it other than the admittedly superb presentation.
Hollow Knight only really starts to have an interesting story when you're near the end, the game has a serious pacing overall.
And I'd also agree on the bosses issue, in the base game the only bosses I really liked were Dung Defender, Mantis Lords, Hollow Knight and The Radiance.
The bosses it recieved over the DLCs really fixed that, it's just they come in so late and can be missed quite easily.
I didn't even realize there was DLC.
I think I'll try playing a bit more, maybe it'll click then. I really want to like this game, but man I'm having a hard time of it.
Have you gotten the Dream Nail yet?
Once you get that it gives you a bit more direction on where to go.
the enemies and bosses have been really dull so far. the gameplay has been quite bland.
i don't quite see why it gets so many rave reviews from people.
just got to the abyss.
Yeah, I got it. I thought it'd let me cut through those black energy barrier things I've seen in a couple spots, but it didn't do anything.
They just revealed the dead kid boss so hopefully we'll get more release info soon.
You can't get through those until you've gotten the Shade Cloak.
And for that you'll need to upgrade the Dream Nail with Essence which mostly comes from fighting Dream Bosses and Warrior Ghosts.
That was the last one of these sneak peeks. It's gonna go back to silence for now.
>And for that you'll need to upgrade the Dream Nail with Essence
Is that the stuff the lady told me to gather 100 of?
A big thing is Nintendo listed Silksong as a 2020 game in one of their promotional materials. While a normal person can assume that they were just guessing or that the current world events could've delayed it, fanatics will take it as truth
Yeah
The fastest way to collect is fighting those bosses.
The False Knight has a harder dream boss variant which you access by hitting its corpse with the Dream Nail, and Warrior Ghosts are scattered throughout the map and you just have to ask to challenge them.
Sorry forgot to post the infographic
