If you're itching for gameplay, I'd recommend Binding Blade. The game is pretty Hard and has some solid maps outside a handful of shit ones. Fates Conquest is good too if you're willing to bear the atrocious story. The SNES games are greatfor sure, but Genealogy is definitely a game you play for the story/world instead of the gameplay. Plus Genealogy is a must to play before Thracia 776.

I'd recommend them, absolutely. Just go from Fire Emblem 3-5. Just be sure to have a speedup button ready for 4, as it's long. 5 has the best maps, scenarios and gameplay in the series. And yeah, Binding Blade is also worth playing. It's the best GBA game.

Unironically people grew up. As an Awakeningbaby, I thought FE13 was amazing when I first played it, now I think it's one of if not the worst Fire Emblem in the series.

It's Manga and Mekkah ripping it apart. The story is sort of silly at times and it has issues with its design, like the enemies in later chapters being piss easy but the game throws a shitton of them at you.

Three Houses does easily have the best "lore" in the series.
