Because they never had 120+. They're poor or dumb and they buy a generic cheap tv or monitor and never think about refresh rate or any of that stuff. Same with the hardware to run it.

I can't see any difference beyond 80 or 90hz but I can see a huge difference if I'm at 90hz and drop to 60hz.
