It's Sci-fi (like Lost Planet), he hasn't worked on a project in 4 years, and the art director who he worked on Lost Planet with hasn't had a project in 4 years. I think the cityscape stuff is kind of reminiscent of some stuff from Lost Planet.
The not coming out for another 2 years thing throws me off a bit though
