Switch is still in the first half of its life, PS4 is about done and all the games they're porting have sold the majority of what they'll sell on PS4 already. Horizon isn't still selling millions on PS4, while something like Mario Kart on Switch is.

M7 it's because porting shit to PC years after release brings you a small stream of money years down the line. You know when you make a game for a console, the only way you're gonna get money for it down the line is if you port it to the next generation and there's probably a lot of overlap in the userbase. If you instead port it to PC you access a new significant consumerbase but also never have to worry about porting it again. Once you do it, it can be sale forever and won't get obsolete like a console would.
Making a game for your console, having it be exclusive is good business. But porting it to PC when the console is at the end of its lifecycle is also good business. There's a reason more and more publishers are getting on Steam.

Something tells me they won't put their biggest titles on PC like Spider-Man, if they do I'd encourage everyone to switch to PC
