I'm unironically grateful that Eva is a thing, Zig Forums. I'm a hobbyist coder student who wants to get into game dev, but I'm somewhat lazy. Seeing this Jew goblin taint indie well motivates me to sit through and actually learn to code properly.

In a matter of a year I've learned how to work with interfaces, inheritance, virtual classes, prefab variants, events, singletons, state machines and other basic stuff. Not only that, but whenever I even type an "else if", I immediately get self-conscious: "Am I on Alex's tier of coding?" I've deleted entire chunks of functional yet unoptimized code because of fear I end up like him.

I actively reach out to other programmers I know to check if there is a better way to do what I am doing with a stark intent of never bitching.

I loathe Eva, his laziness, his scumminess, his victimhood, his incompetence, his narcissism, his waste of a great opportunity. I fear ever becoming something like him and that motivates me to try and do better.

You have no idea how AWFUL his code is, user. I was just checking the leaked code and it triggered a primal nerd rage. Not the kind that argues over petty entertainment stuff, such as getting fictional characters wrong or something like that, but doing something so utterly retarded that you just feel like punching the cunt on the face.

pic related is a prime example from every single standpoint. The name of the class and methods go against naming standards, which even a child can understand. You name the methods as Actions to be taken, like SetDay() or something like that, not what commands you use within it. And he manages to do it wrong as well. Instead of an "int" and a "string", he could just use an "enum" and just delete "void IfElse()" altogether.

This code is bad that one has to wonder if it isn't just a joke, but there could be no way he'd know someone would leak his code. And considering his coding track record, I have to this at face value.

Reading his code is a Lovecraftian dip into stupidity. It's astonishing, humbling and maddening. No normal human could ever pull it off, even on purpose. Yet he does it consistently. It's an art form of sorts. He's a genius in being terrible. It's truly amazing.
