The ONLY character to be in every single mainline game (as in, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5) and they butchered it like this. After MGS4 gave him the perfect end we have this shitshow of "uh lemme just chill at mother base for a few fucking years because I fucking fancy Big Boss"
Even the torture scenes just did nothing for me. Absolutely horrible. Him echoing Naked Snake's lines from MGS3 to that random soldier with the engravings on his gun was just so fucking pointless and made me cringe more than anything. It hurts it really does.
