Kek. This reminds me of the Shadowrun games, they put the backers pictures on the character creator, so you'd go choose a portrait and go through 6-7 chubby white dudes in cyberpunk gear until you get to the original game drawings. It's pretty funny.

Most games have the decency to put backer portraits / characters quarantined away from the main path. Not Bloodstained. Those fuckers are everywhere. There's the decorative portraits, there's the paintings that come alive, and you get a spell (one of the best in the game) that uses them.
