Can bayonetta 2 even be topped? That game in just total insanity from start to finish. Can't wait for the third one.

Every time I see this I accidentally interpret it as the Metroid logo, and I think people are talking about Prime 4.
And the question also applies there. Where the fuck is Prime 4?

My guess-

They had a Bayo3 that was far along, but then DMC5 came out to great success and they decided what they had wasnt good enough. The original Bayo3 was probably directed by Yusuke Hashimoto, and after they decided to scrap his version he left the company.

That's a very reasonable theory.

At least they admited that Metroid development restarted and thats why it's not coming soon, but they havent said anything about Bayo 3

The fact that they keep saying Bayonetta is fine raises a lot of red flags for me.

I think they might be doing some serious overhauls to the formula. It's taking a long time because its gonna be quite different from 1 and 2.
