I hope for a gameplay changeup from peek a boo cover shooting, TLOU2 changes it up a bit with the grass stealth and prone but Uncharted on the higher difficulties can be nothing but a cover shooter from how bad the AI cheats.

I still find it impressive that ND and games industry still gets coders and artists. Like every aspect of the industry is pretty shitty. They don't really give you great offers like "free college" or "good healthcare".
Like the competition for coders is pretty high, there's a reason most companies let them dress like college students, they can pretty much go wherever they want.
But somehow an industry where you have little creative input, ungodly hours that makes the military fags look lazy, comparatively shitty pay, and constant downsizing still draws people in.
