I dont really like the timers. I liked warioland 3 better

it's one of nintendo's greatest achievements

It's pretty cool, I loved it when I first played it like 4 years ago.
But it's a very simple game without replay value, and that always lowers my regard for games.

It's too short. Otherwise, yes.

>Oh, the dream
>that I had last night
>melted into my pillow.

>I made peace
>with the time I had forgotten.

>And all I’d gathered
>turned into sand.

It has an autistic book explaining its game design

Now that warioware us most likely dead, what is next for our yellow jew?

Hundred percent agree

It's a gem in the rough. Possibly my favorite in the series, but it's a tough competition against WL3.

warioland super paper mario style it would suit wario better, but get the paper aesthetic out and maintain the warioland aesthetic with warioware characters and world

i want a Wario game that is basically Odyssey but harder, time baaed and 90% shitposting

>Secret moon: find the loser
>point joycon at yourself
>Wario laughes

??? Gold didn't do so well?

This game is really fucking good and was my first GBA purchase. But it is rather short. Even so, there's a good amount of collectibles and hidden routes.

I loved this game as a kid but the atmosphere was really weird. Almost scary, definitely uncanny.

the music in this game is art

You know what, user, you're alright.

during a interview the devs said it was a farewell game and that Nintendo wanted to try other things with Wario

Unironically sound art.

kind of sucks, but I suppose there's not much else they could do with it
VR, maybe, if Nintendo did such a thing?

They'd be stupid not to at least rerelease a Gold-type Ware affair on Switch, where it'd get much more of an audience.

However, if they said they wanted to try other things WITH Wario, hey, that's great that they have plans with him still

That'd be great.

If Yoshi can get his own brand of games which are basically cutesy Mario for toddlers, I'd love it if Wario could get a similar treatment, and promote it like an edgier, wittier, tougher and cartoony brand of platformers.

>devs said it was a farewell game
you mean gold?

3 is better

Wario Land 4 was great but this game right here was pretty revolutionary in its story progression. To this day, you cannot easily find a game that has the kind of branching branching story lines that Wario Land 2 has.

>If Yoshi can get his own brand of games which are basically cutesy Mario for toddlers
With the first Yoshi's Island it was basically Mario but with shooting and its own more complex jump mechanics. Then for some reason they decided to turn them into games for toddlers

It's bretty kino.

Just give me a new Warioland on the Switch. Make Waluigi playable (like Luigi in Super Mario Bros) to make everyone go crazy. No gimmicks, just the classic and weird 2D platformer.
>No motion control gimmicks
>No touch screen gimmick
>No camera gimmick
>No minigame gimmick
