Unsubbed months ago. This game is absolutely devoid of any meaningful content. And no, grinding Ex over and over for mounts, or the same hunts every single day isn't 'content'.

I went back to FFXI which has lots of meaningful content and the jobs aren't homogenised. Only issue really is the graphics suck. But I can overlook that simply because it's a better MMO

I give more credit to the UI and controls sucking way more than the PS2-tier graphics. You can fix the frame rate and visuals (for the most part) through mods but there's no fixing the UI.

i leveled everything to 70 at week 1 in SB, never crafted a single time after that
then i leveled everything to 80 week 1 in ShB, have yet to craft a single item after that
never did the quest lines either

They eat a lot of meat and soups and they've been growing what they can in the Sea of Clouds. The famine they're dealing with does come up in sidequests.

Game has no content with longevity. The content that is made with a grind is so badly made that it bores you from even consider the reward. The content that is short and sweet is generally undercooked and not even worth doing as its not fun. What exactly does this game do well outside of Story and Music? Nothing lasts, the shorter content doesn't have replayability and the story is one and done. What exactly does this do better than anything else?

This is addressed in the BTN quests where you help them find vegetables more suited to the climate and help a guy being persecuted by inquisitors for using heretical Mhigger Gyshal Greens instead of proud pure Ishgardian Greens

They do grow food in the Sea of Clouds, right? There's also wildlife in Coerthas.

Glamourfags dont care about Savage gear, glamour fags care about slutty gear or cash shop gear. You'd have a point if people cared about Savage gear as a glamour en masse. Ultimate weapons are probably the closest youll get to this.
