I am unsure. I watched a TIHYDP of it and it seemed like a lot of just going from point A to point B with the occasional firefight, and the last boss looked like a huge letdown. The story is interesting but I could just watch a movie edit of it. I do not see the appeal of the game, is there a demo I could try?
I can not feel good about sinking money on a purchase to not like the game. I don't trust steam refunds either since they have declined me a sub-2 hours refund before on a game because the game was only one hour and ten minutes long and "will have an episode 2 soon!" (it never got an episode 2.)

I will just say this: you know jack shit about the game. And you will never get anything about it by watching LPs of it. Period.
If you love games like Silent Hill, Metal Gear, Ico / SotC, and Nier: Automata, perhaps even enjoyed roaming around and doing crazy stuff in the Breath Of The Wild or the STALKER, the Death stranding is a must play.

If however you only want endless action with no need to plan and prepare for the upcoming challenges, with every single square meter potentially playing like a major threat, then avoid this game. It's that simple.
