You play as a shapeshifting monster who can transform into different horrorfying things. The thngs you transform into would be puzzle based on certain traits of the victim, for example. Heart conditions, pregnancy, whether the victim is a pedophile (you can transform into a loli to lure them into the forest).

You travel to a kingdom of monstergirls, except it's dark fantasy instead of high fantasy
You must traverse the kingdom and kill the Queen
Kingdom has plenty of different regions filled with monstergirls, what region you traverse is randomized
Monstergirls can affect your character permanently, drain your levels and the such
Being defeated by a monstergirl means you die via sex but most monstergirls also give you an heir
Depending on which monstergirl defeated you, your new character (the heir) will have different characteristics and perks
Being defeated by an harpy for example might give your heir wings, or being defeated by a goblin will make you be accepted in goblin society, giving you a hub town

Choose one of these and you're good to go
