Just got a new monitor

>just got a new monitor
>it's way to fucking big for me to see everything at once
>keep having to move my eyes around the screen whenever i play in order to identify anything
>as opposed to the old monitor when i could just see everything all at once
How the fuck do you people manage to play anything like this?

>get new monitor
>it’s way too bright
Also op are you short by any chance?

have you considered repositioning your monitor so that it's not half a foot away from your face

Just move back from your monitor a bit, then.

just position it farther dickass

it's gonna fall off the fucking desk if i push it any further

>he felt for 8k@240hz ultrahidamariwide 50" meme
Dumb anime poster. You don't even know what you need.

His table is probably around 50cm wide.
Buy a table that is 70cm.

All anime posters deserved cock in their mouth.

Then why the fuck you got such a big monitor if you literally don't have space for it?

Only nu-moeshit fags. Berserk posters and hunterchads can stay

Yes, which is why I said he should move back himself.
There are two objects positioned relative to each other, not just the one, user.

That's what CONSOOMerism does to you. Retards don't stop to think about what they really need, they just go and throw their money at whatever shiny new thing there is only because they're told to.

you want me to fall off the fucking roof?

>Have a 32" screen
>Want to play Total War
>Can't do it because there is no UI scale (an option to increase the size from 1 to 1.2 is not an option) so everything is extremely small and unreadable
This is a problem that most of the indie developers ignore.

>Berserk posters and hunterchads
LMAO

Just another sign of gamer opression.

Nah that's just your fault for falling for the FOORKAAAY meme.

Fucking idiot. Buy a new table then or vesa mount it to the wall.

I wish

There is UI scaling in the options though

Why are you playing video games on the roof of a building in the first place, don't you have your own room?

>big monitor
it's only 21.5"
the old one i had was 18.5''

i needed a new monitor because the old one's highest resolution was 1366x768 and it's counterintuitive as fuck for someone who does drawing and overall editing to use that size since it ends up being more trouble than because the UI in programs scales too fucking high so you have almost no proper space left to do your work on. Maybe I just need to get used to it in games too.

keep sticking ya nose where it don't belong and you'll end up having to play your games on the rooftop

you get used to it
i used to play on a laptop with a 15.6 inch screen and got myself a 27 inch monitor

Not even monitor size, I bought my dad the more recent TW games since he plays Rome every day, but he can't read anything on his laptop because the font size is so damn small. There are no options to scale it up and not even changing the screen resolution helps.

Just lower the resolution bro

Just move away from it you idiot

for gaming you can just play at 1366x768 windowed mode then

TW games scale the UI so that it occupies the same space on the screen regardless of your resolution. It's fucking retarded.

Which TW games is he playing? Warhammer definintely has a UI scaling option

What? Why? What the fuck?
It's even more retarded than Distant World where you have to lower your OS resolution to read the font on larger screens.

Only bought the historical ones up until Attila.

More like how to the fuck do people manage to be so retarded to buy something without even first visualizing how it might be to actually use it

Oh right, it's called brainletism

>bro don't get a 1080p 32 inch monitor, it's gonna be blurry
>Everything is crisp
If someone can find me a 1440p 32 inch monitor for 230 dollars, I'll gladly buy it and upgrade but for now I think I'm pleased with the purchase

big words coming out from your mouth there, mister dildo owner

it's gonna be blurry if you use lower resolutions than the native one on it

I haven't played Attila in years but if I had to wager I would say it has UI scaling as well, it's under Game Options rather than Graphics Options. Maybe try looking there.

You should have either bought a smaller monitor or a curved one, retard.

>21.5" is too big
you have to be at least 18 years old to post on this website

>or a curved one
your mom?

Not really. I checked everything in every game they released, I even installed some mods for "improved" (but not bigger) font, but never found anything.

If you somehow figure out how to make the text and UI bigger, you'll make me very happy, but as far as I know, there is no way.
