Just beat Bioshock 1, should I skip right over to Infinite or play pic related?? From what I've heard this game is pretty fucking shit from just about everyone in the internet so I figured I'd ask
Just beat Bioshock 1, should I skip right over to Infinite or play pic related?...
how long did it take you to beat it?
Skip the rest and go straight to prey
>should I skip the best game in the series and skip right over to the worst game in the series
Don't know if you'll be able to play Infinite user it's a very intelligent game for very intelligent players.
Infinite is terrible shit.
like 10 hours or so
I liked it. I enjoyed playing as a big daddy. Story wise it's less deep, but I think the shit it gets is a bit unfair. That being said it's worse than the first installment. Infinite is great visually, and I can see how it's a Bioshock game, but it would have been better if it wasn't piggybacking on the Bioshock name.
B2 is upgrade from gameplay perspective and moral system, story is okay
BI is quite boring to play, story is eh too its basicaly story of Looper but with SKY RACISM
if anything I would skip infinite
just give yourself some time between those two because marathoning this series make it tedious
It depends, does headpatting mechanics sound appealing to you?
Not OP but I'm in bioshock for the story only.
Is 2 good story development on 1? should I play it for story?
how does infinite tie to both in story? it sounds like a prequel.
Please don't spoil anything for me
The face looks like Bomberman
>2 guns, no visible upgrades, no saving and loading, recycled boss, linear maps, singular awful ending, stale environment.
1 & 2 are good, dont touch infinite, its trash
Play 2. Skip Infinite.
2 ties into the first game not as strong a story but everything else is a direct upgrade. Infinite is fucking awful and you should avoid it like the plague.
bioshock 2 is a superior game, the only thing that bioshock 1 has over it is that the levels are more interesting thematically and the story is better, but the story in 2 is still really good.
don't forget the choices that don't matter that the game gives you for some reason
2 is hated by retards who read a Wikipedia article on Atlus Shrugged and think 1 is actually philosophically deep. As an actual game 2 is the best in the series, and has a high quality daughterfu on top of that.
>Infinite
Skip infinite and play 2 for the gameplay and not the story/atmosphere
Play second if you liked first so much so you won't see the problem with lack of new ideas. It's still a solid game. It has some handy improvements
pretty good bait, I got angry for a second
I play Bioshock 2 now years after and I forgot can player upgrade cyclone traps with fire, electrobolt, etc in first or it's only in sequel?
2 and Infinite are perfect examples of why it's okay for developers to just make "the same but better" instead of trying to reinvent everything just because they can.
>2 is hated by retards who read a Wikipedia article on Atlus Shrugged and think 1 is actually philosophically deep
Huh I never realized the reason could be that simple. But if it's righty/lefty-Zig Forums, it probably means they didn't play 1 either... they just spout "opinions".
Imagine being this much of a fucking sheep
Yeah, Bioshock infinite is a brilliant game. Skip the second, go straight to the best one in the series
You've been had. It's Bioshock 1 but with better gameplay and a more uninteresting antagonist. I'd take that trade off any day
2 is the best game in the series, and the people who think 1 is more "deep", confuse obfuscation with complexity.
The only people who think Lamb is a bad antagonist are SJWs who don't like how the game accurately portrayed marginalized people being brainwashed into becoming a cult with promises of communism by a nut who's only using them as disposable pawns for her own plans, aka modern liberalism.
This is the third time you beat Bioshock 1...
You play as a big daddy.
If that doesnt make you hard then skip it.
