15 is clearly flawed but honestly I had a pretty good time with it. 13 was just... ugh

Can we just agree that all double digit FFs are just mediocre and be done with it?

13 by a long fucking shot, the fact that you control what other party members did and led to you getting killed all the time because of their dumbass decisions, nah, easily the worst game in the franchise.

15 was worse because of the lies, failed potential, and overhype
13 was bad just because it didn’t do the end game properly
7R is the absolute worst of all time because it is 13 with 7 skins and the arrogance of 15

Both now obtain good taste and have a fun adventure is jrpg and play this

Final fantasy died a long time ago so why are you guys still playing them?

I honestly kinda liked XIII. Great soundtrack and decent characters.
Never played XV.

FFXV has its flaws but I had a great time with it, really loved the bros.

Falcom are legit hot garbage stop pretending they are good because they are not.

XIII is a 7.5

Terrible, nonsensical story that forces you to read datalogs to make heads or tails of where you are, who's who, and what the fuck is going on.
Annoying and unlikable cast of characters with no chemistry whatsoever.
Boring gameplay with the worst and most needlessly complicated ATB style-switching system with needlessly complicated level-up mechanics that are more convoluted than X's Sphere Grid.
Fucking atrocious level design. Horribly designed linear hallway simulator that's not connected and/or seamless in the slightest. All style no substance.
Needlessly long cutscenes.
XIII-2 and Lightning Returns are actually improvements, but you're forced to play the original XIII or else the story makes no sense, and even then they're really not that worth playing.
Good soundtrack at least.

Story makes sense and has its moments, but chunks are missing due to being scooped out by Kingsglaive and the Episode DLCs.
Gameplay is solid but can get repetitive. ARPG combat is simple and works, but is too easy and gets boring. Side quests are not well thought out at all. Leveling up through camping is interesting, but reception of it is mixed.
Primary characters and main party are very likable and have great chemistry. Main antagonist is interesting and well written. Secondary characters feel way too neglected, and Lunafreya's character feels wasted.
Level design is okay. The open world works mechanically but feels very uninspired and dull, and the few linear levels are just weak.
Great soundtrack.

XIII is terrible while XV is just mediocre.
