literally no one played this game
Literally no one played this game
I liked jumping and looking up the tribal girls skirt.
people played the first one but not this for some reason
no more ghibli style games ever after these two debacles
I played it
it was good until it got boring 30 hours in, then I stopped
the story didn't seem like it was really going anywhere interesting and the gameplay was getting easier and easier
Mostly because story goes like this:
>Donald Trump is sent to a fantasy world after the USA got surprise nuked by North Korea, there he meets a neko tomgirl which so happen to be hunt by nazis mices
Good game though, with extraordinary music
probably because the first one is better and more original
I was hyped for this game but I threw it away before reaching the first boss because it was too easy
I gave up after 10 hours or so when I unlocked the kingdom building minigame.
I figured that was still early and maybe the game got better and more complex later but didn't want to stay and find out.
I did and it was incredibly boring. The story is pathetic compared to the first's emotional punch. Roland was based, the game should have focused on him not the loli.
Played it and enjoyed it, too easy tho. Lots of systems that you didn't need to bother with at all
Gets boring quickly
I did, and though i did enjoy the city building aspect. It was no where near as good as the first.
The first was my favorite RPG of the gen. This one is fucking boring.
>pseudo turn based gameplay from 1 > real time action rpg gameplay in 2
i got it for ps4. ghibli magic was gone & replaced with shit tier rts
maybe because it had almost NOTHING to do with the first one & we still didn't see anything of the cloudsweeper that was made a big deal
The fist hour or so with isekai president pulling a gun on cartoony mice knights is kino, then the game tells you actually it's not about that at all and the rest of the game is a generic RPG to an insane degree where none of the party members INCLUDING isekai president have any agency.
The game feels like a collection of half assed ideas slapped together
that was never brought up again was it?
>combat is markedly improved but still kinda slow
>enemies are fucking boring basic archetypes (rat, fairy, skeleton, a blue version of those, red version, etc)
>Familiars are gone because why have fun enemy designs
>here have elemental pikmin that all look the same but with different hats and they all still kind of do the same shit
I understand that it's explained apparently that Ni No Kuni 2's world is a different one from Ni No Kuni 1, where familiars never really took form or whatever, but it's still dumb.
I did. It sucked. Both Ni No Kuni games are just massive wastes of potential.
Kinda meh. The first dungeon was fantastic and the game was good up to the end if Goldpaw. Then it got gradually worse until it devolved into boring grindy mess.
Reminder to play the DS version of Ni No Kuni 1, it was recently fan-translated.
>grid based RPG instead of whatever the PS3 version is
>92 familiars (23 families) which were cut in the PS3 version
>differently designed world with 2 continents not visited in the PS3 version (a casino island instead of teeheeti, Xanadu which was only mentioned as lost in PS3)
>Spells are drawn on the touchscreen which is why the story gives you a bunch of junk ones that you can't actually make use of
>White Witch stuff is not present as it was added in the PS3 version
>Game ends with Shadar. He doesn't cut his soul mate tie with you and Oliver dies. The end.
Just FYI they since added multiple harder difficulty modes to the game. It's pretty fun, you can even play it as a sort of souls-like, what with all the rolling, target lock etc.
You do need to buy it though, because pirated versions are all vanilla release day shit.
Too childish for adults and teens, too mature for children.
I bought it and plan to play this next month. I was a huge fan of White Knight Chronicles and this game reminds me of it, the town building and such
>your dead dad ghost appears
>consoles his murderer saying lol it's ok bro no biggie that you fucking murdered me and stole the throne, enjoy being king doesn't bat a ghost eye at his son
trash, ps3 better
>boring as fuck
>white witch story shoehorned as fuck
>cuts a lot of cool familiars because i dunno
yeah nah
I did and then stopped once you get your 3rd party member. The combat just didn't have enough for me to keep going.
I pirated it toward the end of last year. None of those games were any good.
is it worth playing the PC version of I? I've already played the ds localization.
I did. Helping a cute catboy retake his stolen kingdom was an appealing concept to me. I found it to be middling in a lot of respects, but full of charm, and generally worth playing once.
I enjoyed the kingdom building very much.
I played this game.
the white witch stuff can get really boring because it's commanding your familiars which take their sweet time to do ANYTHING.
I dunno if the PC version changes anything or even if they put in the cute familiars that were DLC only.
We had threads lusting for Evans catboypussy for days.
