Breaking a horn will only stop it from changing the very next cycle. So you can keep it from changing to the opposite element twice. After that you just have to deal with it.

Well yeah. Each horn break resets the next cycle. He only has two horns. If you let him go to a 4th cycle without killing him, you can't reset it.

Breaking horns stops him from changing elements for that cycle. Each Judgment resets the cycle.

I was until I nutted up and solo'd. Took 35 minutes and had to eat 2 Judgments but I made it. The groups I've had in the actual event quest are a lot better than the ones still stuck on the special addignment.

nah I finally got a fire GS build going that lets me solo this nigger in about 10-15 minutes. Not the greatest time but I can improve that as I impove the build and my skills some more. The important part is now I can consistently send this fucker back to the mud
