Will never forgive the lack of transport shuttles on ground maps, and the fact most maps weren't that great anyways. Still an amazing game, and a great idea for a Star Wars campaign.

They really aren't, and I have never enjoyed a single session playing with you fuckers. You all know the maps to well. I mean, so do I but it fucks the whole thing up. Turns into a war of attrition over nothing because nobody can cover the map. We should play reddit or something, they're probably shit at it.

I actually enjoy Battlefront 2 2017, even though I only play offline and co-op and entirely ignore the sequel era planets/characters. The Heroes versus Villains modes are also terrible.

That's not true. I got it day one and love it still, but simply not true.

Looks like someone hasn't played the game. BFII has a ton of flaws. As someone who has played every Battlefront game in the series, it is one of my least favorite entries in the franchise.

Not that guy, but I recent purchased the first BF game again. The first game has:

BF2 (2005) is great fun, the only issue is some of the maps are poorly designed and when played online it can devolve into stalemates, Polis Massa comes to mind.

Battlefront 2 (2017) is a bit of a mixed bag, it's better in a lot of way and worse in others. Infrantry gameplay is generally better but it's ruined by the inclusion of heroes which let try hards dominate the match. I wish there was a regular CS/GA mode without heroes as they suck a lot of the fun out of the game.

Campaign sux I don't know why it's shilled. It's a simple tour of the MP and Galactic Conquest Maps
GC doesn't even have maps like Death Star and Endor.

There's mods to fix that on PC

wut? the droids were designed by the Techno Union who merely contracted the geonosian foundries among others. Geonosians themselves didnt do shit in their development and their planet was only the seperatist hq because it was in bumfuck nowhere.

What are you even saying? Even the maps they brought back didn't even flow the same. They chose meme maps directly from scenes of episode 3 for so many of them, rather than designing something creative. For BF that had cool renditions of Kashyyyk. Space battles were fairly satisfying. You couldn't see shit half the time without already being locked on, but blowing up bases and taking out the components from the outside was some of the best ideas they had in the game. Also, they had the space battles over a bunch of planets in galactic conquest if you came across them. Couldn't do it in instant actions. I don't know what game you're remembering man, but I could tell you every detail and difference in 2 vs the first one if I sit in this thread long enough.

First one had better maps, and air vehicles for ground battles was based. SWBF2 improved on a lot of the original, but it did take out some good stuff.
