I genuinely don't understand the appeal of playing games that don't offer any kind of emotional stimulation whatsoever. No sense of competition, no sense of joy, no sense of fear, no sense of sadness, no sense of comfort--just pointless time wasters. It's truly mindboggling how mobile videogames are the most successful industry in terms of videogames, when they offer nothing challenging, creative, complex, or even remotely stimulating. Why do people play them? Why do the developers make them this way? Why are mobile videogame players so braindead, that they're incapable of having real discussions about games like real people?
